MMV ACADEMY

New Agent Education Program 

Goals of the Program

The goal of our New Agent Education - known as the MMV Academy, is to provide our new agents with the necessary orientation to our agency and preferred suppliers. This program is designed to give agents a strong foundation on which to build a successful independent travel business. Your education will include online education modules, assignments, quote requests, supplier training, live Q&A's, webinars, and personalized support via our online agency groups, under the guidance of our Education Manager.


During the agent's first 6 months, professional skills will be taught in the following areas:

  • Agent Policies and Procedures

  • Sales and Booking Process

  • Client Communication

  • Business Best Practices

  • Social Media and Marketing for Success

  • Specialized courses for each of our Preferred Specialties: Disney Destinations, Universal Parks & Resorts, All-Inclusive Resorts, and Cruises.

  • And More! 


About the Program

As a new agent, you will be enrolled in our MMV Academy Program. Experienced Agents have the option to participate in the full program, should you wish for additional education. Otherwise, Experienced Agents coming in that are already IATA/CLIA qualified will just complete the "Getting Started" Modules and be placed in our agent group. For New Agents, our MMV Academy program is designed to last 6 months. Application Process

  • Complete application form found here.

  • Upon positive review, an email will be sent to schedule a phone interview with our Agent Support Manager

  • Once the interview is complete, the notes from the interview will be forwarded to Jen Kistler for review.  Upon approval, you will be sent a link to fill out our contract and submit your administrative fee

  • Upon signing the contract, and payment of your administrative fee, you will be successfully entered into our program!
